As a Chief Administrative Officer and Small Business Advisor, Melissa is passionate about helping small business owners streamline their back-office operations to focus on their vision and achieve remarkable growth. Her expertise lies in building and automating administrative processes, allowing businesses to thrive and maximize their topline revenue.

Carrie Kenney-McWilliams, MBA, ACC, PMP
Carrie Kenney-McWilliams, the other half of LocKen & Co., is an accomplished and dynamic certified Project Manager (PMP), Executive/Leadership Coach (ACC) and Scaled Agile (SPC) professional with decades of leadership in supply chain, change management and program execution. Her expertise lies in driving key initiatives and transformative solutions that align with corporate and small business visions, optimizing business operations and building collaborative cultures to enable businesses to thrive and scale. In complement, as a coach, her focus is on empowering leaders to unlock their full potential, driving themselves and their teams toward success with confidence and efficiency.
